I am not sure whether my bad experience is due to the company itself or the courier service they use,but my package was supposed to arrive on 12Jan,and it is now 1 Feb. My order was sent quickly,so no complaints related to that,but from that moment on it became hard to trace it as the courier kept saying their pick up points were unavailable and they couldn't deliver it,and then there were no updates for a week on the courier's website.I had to wait a bit to get a reply from Hardloop but they advised me the package would be returned to them,and asked me to advise whether they should resend it once they receive it.The courier's website shows it has been few days now the package was back to rhe sender but I haven't heard back from anyone.The irony is that Hardloop keeps sending emails for me to review my order, and I have no clue where it is.The only thing I know is I paid for this order,and I would like to have it,or at least receive timely and relevant updates.
