Overall I have a good experience with the shop, assortiment and quality of clothes and shoes I’ve ordered. I also liked their support service, fast and adequate response. The only thing in my experience so far mand gut be improved is to inform clients if a delivery is delayed, because something is not in stock or whatever. It is good to know what to expect.
