To be fair, my problem was caused by the courier and not by the website. I never received any notification from the courier that my parcel would be delivered. I received an email from the website the parcel was out for delivery when I was already at work, then two hours later suddenly an email there was no one home and the parcel would be shipped to a pick-up point. Had I received a message a day in advance as is usual, I could have adjusted the delivery time. I can't do anything within two hours notice.Now I had no say in when and where the parcel would be delivered. It was brought to a shop in the next village that is completely out of route for me and that has horrible opening hours. I would never have chosen this shop myself. According to the pick-up mail the shop was closed for holidays, Google said it was open, so I had no idea if I would even be able to pick it up in time for MY holiday. Eventually I had to ask someone to pick it up for me (luckily they were not closed) because I just didn't have the time. It turned out to be a huge box for only two knee braces! After the parcel was delivered to the shop the website starts sending emails 'your parcel was delivered! How was your experience?' while I didn't even have my order yet, adding insult to injury. All could have been prevented with one simple notification in advance. But because of this experience I will not be ordering here again.
