Ordered shoes on the 03th of july. They were supposed to ship on the 23th. I reached out to to the store on the 24th and wait for 3 days for them to tell me that they dont have the shoes, and they will ship them a week later. A week later i have to reach out again. And simply get the same reply that they dont have the shoes. I decided to cancel my order and buy them somewhere else. They next day you ignored my email and ship the shoes. Now i have two pairs and your customer care told me they would send me a return label which i still have not received.
