1,5 week ago I placed an order. After the order i didn't receive any information. After applying two costumer service forms, one fb message, one instagram message and one email i finally recieved an answer. Something went wrong, the main item from my order wasn't there anymore. The website says that cs is 7 days a week available 😅, not really. My placed order wasnt there anymore, probably sold to someone else.No other solution, just friendly apologies. Asking myself why this website is profiling in the Netherlands so much.
