I can't give Osmo a final grade on its product's effectiveness. But its customer service and return policy were awful.Let me explain. I bought this advice for an older female relative who delights in a clean house and, especially, sparkling windows. The reviews I read of Osmo were great. So, I bought it.However, my aunt, upon opening the gift, blew her top. It was too complicated. It caused anxiety. I apologized and tried to return it, unused. This process proved to be a nightmare. Multiple emails, photographs of the opened box and sealed contents. Back and forth. Offers from them to give me partial credit and keep the item. No, I wanted to return the item and I was willing to pay the freight.Bottom line, you can't sensibly return it. Return is, understandably, at one's own expense, but the return is to the England. Wow! The return may rival the cost of the unit.In the end, I got my money back by filing a complaint through my credit card. The promise Osmo made to me in writing that i would see a return of my funds in 10 days never materialized. Only by filing my complaint with my credit card company and having written proof from Osmo that they would return my money did I get my credit. Again, it may be a great product, but if you should need customer service or, God forbid! need to return it - never used, in its original box - you have a BIG! job on your hands.
