I purchased their automatic window cleaner robot. What I received was not the robot advertised on their website and was lacking critical functionality. The robot I received could not auto-spray cleaner on the window. The advertised device did have that capability. After speaking with support, they offered a refund, but I have to first pay to return the device to the UK out of my own pocket to return a device that is not as advertised. They had no explanation for the mixup, made it sound like I was at fault somehow.
