Ordered a Router. Nothing arrived despite repeated emails. Many assurances and discount offers given but still nothing arrived after several weeks. They even told me the item had been despatched and was in transit - when it wasnt. Requested a refund but still no joy from Customer Services. Eventually I asked to make a Customer Complaint but they were unable to process such a request. Finally got a refund but it was a long drawn-out affair. I give them 1 star for having a good website. I still dont know where they are based, where the products come from or who to deal with. Its all a bit gray.
