Very poor experience. My Amia chair came in damaged with a lot of scratches and there was a hole in the box where the wheel stuck out. Chair potentially also exposed with a hole in the box as it makes squeeky sounds. As bonus I got a manual for the Leap chair instead of Amia.The quality team has to have a look at it and while this in progress, I have to keep the box which takes enormous of space in a small house. If necessary I have to send the chair back in a box that's literally destroyed. Don't know how that will work.It has been 3 weeks now with no response from Steelcase. I expected more for the price and reputation.
