I never thought I could detest a brand until I experienced this train service. It seems to be operated by a group of incompetent individuals who turn my daily commute into chaos. With constant delays, unexpected cancellations, and the new annoyance of skipping stops, they make sure you rarely arrive on time. To make matters worse, they charge exorbitant fares for the journey. This is what happens when a service has a monopoly, I guess. If I had the option, I would choose any other public transport. Unfortunately, we are stuck with this unqualified team managing a national service. Good luck to everyone traveling with them; I hope to see the end of this service in my lifetime.
