I never thought I could dislike a brand so much until I encountered this train service. It seems to be managed by a group of inept individuals who turn my daily commute into a nightmare. With frequent delays, unexpected cancellations, and the latest annoyance—skipping stops—they consistently ensure that arriving on time is a rarity. To top it all off, they charge exorbitant prices for the journey. I suppose this is what happens when you hold a monopoly. If given the choice, I would opt for any other public transport. Sadly, we're left dealing with this unqualified team entrusted with running a national service. Wishing good luck to all fellow travelers, and I hope to witness the downfall of this service in my lifetime.

Everything is a mess! You pay for first class, but anyone can sit there without checks. Trains are dirty and old, making you feel like you're traveling back in time. The toilets are disgusting! They're always late, often on strike, and there's always some issue! Why not improve your service? I travel frequently worldwide, and your service is at rock bottom!
The train on 30/08/2025 at 12:37 from Antwerp to Amsterdam was canceled without any notification. Not a push notification, not even on the app. We nearly missed our flight because of this. There was no staff on the platform to inform travelers of the cancellation. We had to run with our luggage and child in tow to catch another train. The staff was rude and indifferent. Thanks for nothing.
The train service is simply not worth the cost. It’s overpriced for the quality offered—unreliable, often dirty, and there’s hardly any distinction between first and second class aside from the price. Both classes are absurdly expensive! Punctuality is a significant issue, with frequent delays that make timely arrivals feel like a rare bonus. During weekday mornings, trains are overcrowded, clearly unable to accommodate demand. The company seems understaffed, with frequent strikes reflecting employee dissatisfaction. While replacement buses are sometimes available during disruptions, they’re often absent when needed, leaving passengers stranded. For a developed country, this level of service is disappointing. Improvements are desperately needed, and even basic cleanliness standards should be upheld.
This service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I know that taking the train for work will ruin part of my day. Expect: - High prices for terrible service; - Trains being late 90% of the time; - Cancellations without notice and no solutions offered. The newer trains have uncomfortable seats, while the older ones feel like a trip back in time. The lighting in the train flickered like a bad horror movie. The conductor was nowhere to be seen. If you want to pay for an expensive ticket only to be late and frustrated, then go with this service. If you're considering using it, just don’t. Look for any other option.
Frankly, my experience couldn't be worse. Trains are consistently late (they've been fined for it), customer support is lacking (no offense to the staff), and the expensive subscriptions don’t work properly. Most employees seem unhappy in their jobs.
