Cancelled train without notice

The train on 30/08/2025 at 12:37 from Antwerp to Amsterdam was canceled without any notification. Not a push notification, not even on the app. We nearly missed our flight because of this. There was no staff on the platform to inform travelers of the cancellation. We had to run with our luggage and child in tow to catch another train. The staff was rude and indifferent. Thanks for nothing.
