The worst service imaginable

This service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I know that taking the train for work will ruin part of my day. Expect: - High prices for terrible service; - Trains being late 90% of the time; - Cancellations without notice and no solutions offered. The newer trains have uncomfortable seats, while the older ones feel like a trip back in time. The lighting in the train flickered like a bad horror movie. The conductor was nowhere to be seen. If you want to pay for an expensive ticket only to be late and frustrated, then go with this service. If you're considering using it, just don’t. Look for any other option.
