My frustrating experience with the train service

I never thought I could dislike a brand so much until I encountered this train service. It seems to be managed by a group of inept individuals who turn my daily commute into a nightmare. With frequent delays, unexpected cancellations, and the latest annoyance—skipping stops—they consistently ensure that arriving on time is a rarity. To top it all off, they charge exorbitant prices for the journey. I suppose this is what happens when you hold a monopoly. If given the choice, I would opt for any other public transport. Sadly, we're left dealing with this unqualified team entrusted with running a national service. Wishing good luck to all fellow travelers, and I hope to witness the downfall of this service in my lifetime.
