It's unfortunate to say that we have used the service multiple times before, and while there were some reliability issues, the work was generally acceptable. Now, we find out that the owner has stopped trading, and we received no replies when trying to book a service. It’s not surprising given the decline in customer focus lately. We wish him well, but a response to our request would have been appreciated.
