After much thought, I feel compelled to leave a negative review. We have had two new boilers installed over the past five years, but I have been dealing with an ongoing issue since January. Despite numerous messages and calls from my family, we received no response. The owner claimed to send a quote, but we heard nothing back. After finally agreeing on a date, it was canceled, and he failed to show up again. Communication has been poor, and it seems there is little loyalty to customers after the sale.
