I signed up for a trial with no diet plan. After 10 minutes, I found it unhelpful and canceled my subscription, paying £28.79 for the trial. However, I was later notified that they attempted to charge me £63.98, which my bank stopped. Yet, they managed to withdraw £63.90 from my account later. I contacted them and my bank, but I couldn't recover my money. If you use them, take screenshots of any transactions. Best advice: do not use them.
