Similar experience regarding auto renewal - prompted by payment taken.
And then ….. just as I’m navigating cancellation - notification of another payment taken from same card - a different company. ND-coaching. 🤷‍♀️. No idea who they are. Immediate steps taken - froze my card & called fraud department. Gut feeling - they lure us in , with absent or at best, ambiguous T’s & C’s. Deploy tactics so canceling is nigh on impossible. Once creditworthiness established - they steal details & zap - they start again.
Just google healthy eating. Eat less & exercise more - there you have it for nowt.

Utilizing the app to share details about my current situation and goals was easy and straightforward. The feedback provided was insightful and beneficial. It was quite user-friendly. However, the numerous additional offers presented after selecting my program were overwhelming and bothersome.

Unexpected Charges for a One-Month Plan

I signed up for a one-month diet plan, but I was automatically charged for an additional four months. It was not clear at all that I needed to cancel, especially since the plan is labeled as a ONE-MONTH DIET PLAN.

Avoid this application at all costs.

I strongly advise against signing up for this application. Despite cancelling and having proof of my cancellation, they continue to charge me. They are now falsely claiming that I subscribed to an add-on, which I did not, and have billed me accordingly. This company cannot be trusted.

Utterly deceitful practices.

Utterly deceitful practices. They failed to finalize the transaction or provide options for additional offers after the heavily discounted "7-day trial." Despite canceling the app before any transaction was completed, they still charged me £31.98 a week later for the trial. If I had actually finalized the transaction, I would have received an email with the plan details, which I never did. BEWARE OF THEIR SCAM TACTICS.

Excessive offers can be overwhelming

There are too many offers; decline one and another pops up, and it continues. I just wanted to focus on the original offer I was interested in – not satisfied with this experience!

Regret Not Reading Reviews First

I regret not checking reviews beforehand. I signed up for £5.49, but it turned out to be ineffective, recommending menus that were easily accessible elsewhere. Today, £31.98 was deducted from my account without my consent. I reached out to them; they claim my subscription is canceled but refuse to issue a refund and are firm about it. PLEASE AVOID THIS SERVICE.

Zero stars would be more fitting...

If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it. This service will entrap you in a subscription. Be cautious and read the fine print thoroughly before signing up. They do not provide refunds and are not upfront during the initial sign-up about auto-renewal, including the amount and renewal date.
