Their customer success team thinks it's ok to bill your account without sending any notifications that a payment is about to be processed or even an invoice. Not via email or in the app. It gives the impression that they rely on members forgetting they are paying $40+ monthly and squeeze in several months of billing. They refuse to issue a refund and say it was clearly called out when you signed up. I've signed up for several subscriptions and never was billed without a notification that an auto-renewal payment was about to be deducted. Giving the member the opportunity to cancel before they were billed again.
