PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE! Read the reviews. There are much better companies out there who care and are clear with fees . This is not one of them. I cancelled the plan but then got charged £176.99 6 months later as there was a linked account I didn’t know about - I had an email confirmation confirming I had closed the account & being told there would be no further charges. It is reasonable to consider all accounts are closed! But not here. I didnt specially say MINDWAY so they left it open - scammers - an underhanded way of getting extra money from vulnerable people. Customer service is a joke - round and round in circles saying it was in T& C but they can’t show me where and do not wish to help. They will reply saying it’s in the T&C and it’s all very clear, but it’s not. All their responses to similar reviews are the same but THEY DO NOT HELP!. Please please go to another company who cares. Don’t be scammed by them.
