I signed up in August and paid the £15. I used the app a handful of times the first week then stopped. Didn't think much of it then. Fast forward November, I realised I have been charged £32 monthly. So 3 months of subscription for absolutely nothing. I wasn't aware I was getting into a subscription. Because if I did, I wouldn't pay that much for the app. NOT WORTH IT. Mind you, no reminder emails or payment confirmation whatsoever. Complete silence! When I complained, I received the most "copy and paste" patronising answer, saying it was all in the terms and conditions and stated before hand. If it was this obvious, why are so many customers complaining about the same thing. I feel so tricked and played. Please avoid using the app, its not worth it.
