I cancelled my subscription well in advance of the subscription period being up and then they took a further payment and refused to refund because it was an app payment and they said I would have 3 months use of an app (which I am not using!) Terrible customer service refer you to the terms and conditions even if it makes no sense to, as they basically tell you how to cancel and I had done it the way their T&C’s said. Wasn’t the greatest app hence why I cancelled. Take your money for nothing. I’d be ashamed to treat my customers like this even if they were leaving. Update: 15/11/2025- Persistence has prevailed. I have now been issued a refund, however it should not have taken a number of email to do this especially as I attached the evidence of my cancellation on the first email. For others in my situation, which appears from the reviews to be many. I would say persist if you have the evidence of your cancellation. It took a number of email exchanges to get to a resolution. So I still only rate them one star as it shouldn’t be this hard to get your money back when you cancelled in the correct manner. My opinion: they think quoting T&C’s will get you to just give up and take it as a loss. From all the previous reviews that talk about having issues with cancelling that’s a lot of extra payments.
