Misleading and Confusing Subscriptions – Feels Like a ScamI came across this company through a Facebook article that looked medical and professional, supposedly written by a doctor. It linked to what seemed like a genuine health or diet plan with a one-week free trial.I signed up and cancelled on the same day, They charged £5.49 for 1 week trial which i accept..Then, without any clear explanation, they tried to take another £31.98, claiming it was for a different app (Mindway) even though everything started from the same site.It’s extremely confusing and misleading — it looks like one program, but actually creates multiple linked subscriptions under different names. Most people would have no idea they’re signing up for more than one thing.I believe this setup is unethical and deceptive, and I’ve asked for a refund but no help provided by them. Iwill contact my bank to dispute the charges.Be very careful — this company’s system is not transparent, and what starts as a small trial can quickly turn into unexpected payments.
