No.Diet plan is a fraud!!

I saw an advert for no.Diet plan and paid a one-off fee of £31.99 via ApplePay on 31/7/25 for 3 months to try the meal plans in the app. I quickly realised it was not for me after one or two views of the app but decided not to cancel and let the 3 months run its course. Big mistake! Unbeknownst to me, no.Diet took another £63.98 from my account without my consent on 01/11/25 after the 3 months ended, even though I did not sign up for an extension. When I noticed and contacted them on 10/11/25 to complain and ask for a refund, they emailed to say I had signed up for a subscription and therefore, they will not refund my money. That is not true. I did not sign up for a subscription, I only signed up for a one off trial. How does one sign up for a subscription without being told you were signing up for a subscription? I was told it was a one-off payment. They lied! I am here to warn anyone not to sign up unless it is clear what you are signing up for. I was lured in with a promise of one off payment so I decided to try it. Knowing it was not for me, I did not bother to cancel it, thinking once the 3 months ran out, that would be the end of it. Then £63.98 was stolen from my account and they refused to return it. Do not fall for the same trick I did please. Better still, do not sign up unless you want to subscribe, even if they tell you it is a one off like they did to me, it is a lie. I cancelled the so-called subscription as I do not have any intention of using it and I want my £63.98 back because I did not sign up for it, it was theft. Going forward, I will be wary of using ApplePay for such payments as it appears they can just go back to your account for more money without you knowing. No more! Edited to respond to no.Diet plan’s reply: It was not made clear anywhere that it’s a subscription, I would not have signed on had I known that. It was presented as a one off trial. I guess that is the stealth used to lure us in to sign up. I did not subscribe to anything, I already contacted no.Diet on 10/11/25 to complain. Refund my £64.98!
