AS TO THEIR REPLY: It is BS. I have already contacted them as I originally mentioned. They are ghosting me. I purchase two items from them in April 2025, one for $19.99 and one for $39.99. Six months later and my acccount has been charged $219.99 for an annual renewal for an item I never heard of and never signed up for. Looking back at my original transactions, there was no mention of this Mindway app that they are trying to charge me for. I have the original receipts and there is no mention anywhere of a subscription or a renewal. I contacted the company demanding a refund and they have ghosted me. I have filed a dispute with PayPal but I'm not holding my breath. They used to be for the customer but now they seem to be the opposite. I will be pursuing other options. This seems to be a classic case of Bait and Switch.
