Terrible. I paid for a 7 day trial for No Diet. They then took another payment of £31.98 7 days later. I queried it with them on the date of payment (I just happened to be checking my account) & they said details on subscription were at checkout - no email to confirm a future subscription was ever received. A 7 day trial means 7 days not a monthly subscription. No Diet have rejected my claim for a refund. I have raised a case thru PayPal but I’m not optimistic.
