I would give zero stars if this was possible. I purchased a 3 month trial plan from this company. I put in my paypal details to pay. Instead of processing my payment immediately, they offered me all sorts of other products, which I declined all of them. After offering me multiple other deals, which I declined, they eventually processed my payment. When it was processed, it contained 2 items, not just one as I had ordered. I was charged and extra $150 AUD for a life time plan. I did not order this plan, I declined it. I notified No Diet immediately and Paypal immediately before even looking at the plan. No Diet continually responds telling me they don't give refunds. They have not explained why they have charged me for something I did not order. Paypal closed my case without asking me any further questions, just telling me it was a valid transaction. This was not a valid transaction when I did not approve it. It would be totally illogical to purchase a lifetime plan before trialling it when I had just purchased a trial plan. Even though I notified them immediately of this money being taken from my account, notified them before even looking at what I had purchased, they refused to refund my money. Stay right away from this company. They are dishonest.company.
