I feel completely scammed by No Diet. I was charged £74.99 for a “coaching” element I never knowingly signed up for, on top of a £31.98 monthly subscription, despite not even using the app after first downloading it. The subscription and extra charges were never made clear, and when I complained, the company was rude and dismissive, even calling me dishonest.Their customer care is awful, and they refuse to take responsibility. I’ve had to ask my bank to block all future payments just to stop the charges.This company preys on vulnerable people who are simply trying to lose weight, using misleading practices and hidden fees. Steer well clear – this feels like a scam.*edit - surprisingly I received a refund of £74.99 into my account today, seems my complaint was dealt with after all!
