I attempted to cancel my subscription with NO.DIET, but instead of honouring my cancellation, they quickly withdrew not one, but two payments totalling $150 US. Their cancellation policy is buried in the fine print, making it very difficult for customers to find and follow. You have to email them to cancel.I immediately requested a refund, as the money had not yet left my account but was still in holding. Let’s see if this company is honest enough to honor that request.I am extremely disappointed with this company. Not only was I unsatisfied with the product, but the lack of transparency and the fact that there is no phone number for customer support made the experience even more frustrating.⚠️ Be careful before signing up. This company does not make it easy to cancel and seems more focused on taking money than providing real value.
