I signed up before I realised I needed an app to use this. I only have a basic phone so no apps. Asked for a refund straight away by email, and have now sent mail x 3 but no one acknowledges and no sign of refund. I am 80 years old and cannot afford to lose the money. Wish I had seen the reviews before signing up. I would not use this company again.
