Following on from my previous review and the no. Diet response below.As no. Diet suggested I contacted them again to see how they could further assist me. Although I have received a response which is better worded, they still refuse to refund. I have requested they remove all of my details from their records and guarantee they will not take any more money. Since posting my review others have had the same problem. This company is AWFUL. People should be warned off on Facebook so they don’t fall into the same trap. The company must be so proud of the way they make money or they would change their practices.Awful company. I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews for no Diet before I ever got involved. No Diet received A MASSIVE 54% 1 star reviews!!!! The A1 overview talks of money being taken out of accounts and appalling customer service, See full overview on trust pilot, which after my awful experience I completely agree with.I signed up for one month and somehow got charged for both a single months plan and a lifetime plan, maybe on the phone screen I missed one of the numerous opt outs, which I thought were or should be illegal. I emailed approximately 10 minutes after two payments had been taken from my account to ask for refund on lifetime plan and received a standard response stating it was non refundable, I re-emailed with my complaint and received a second perfunctory response from another so called junior support specialist, I responded asking for the contact details of a Senior Customer Service Manager three weeks ago and I have still not received a response. Don’t lose money like I did.
