I paid for a 3-month plan and made sure it doesn't renew automatically. Of course, I got charged £63.98 for a 6-month plan. I contested this and I was told it's auto renew if I didn't cancel, which I am sure I did. After a back and forth emails with them, fine, I accepted the £63.98 and asked them to make sure my name is no longer on their list. They have confirmed this with me. Lo and behold! Today, No Diet tried to charge my credit card £176.99. Thankfully, my credit card company declined the transaction as I failed to confirm the charges on time. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF INTO THIS HEARTACHE, DO NOT USE NO DIET IN THE FIRST PLACE UNLESS IT'S OK FOR YOU TO KEEP PAYING ENDLESS SUBSCRIPTIONS.
