I am so sorry that I did not do my research on this App, before I mistakenly registered myself on a 1 month plan, which I paid, and then yesterday I receive an unauthorised charge on my account for an additional month of service. When I contact the Service Desk, they say I did not cancel my subscription and the service was rendered, which it was not, and of course my request for a ONCE ONLY 1 month subscription was ignored.It is really a shame that these type of companies continue to trap clients into subscriptions that have not been ordered.
