This is my second review in an attempt to make contact..... they replied to say reset your account using this link.... that's fine but I have cancelled my account back in June so my email isn't registered so no password reset is coming through to my mail box or junk or spam mail boxes. I have shared my contact details with them via their help form but still nothing just more money taken - Happy for those that have worked with this but there seem to be more of us that have had increasing payments taken after cancelling accounts! maybe the positive reviews need fact checked?
