I am so upset, not only I am a pensioner and unwell, I now have to deal with this, 31.98taken out of my account since may every month.I have tried to contact you but the phone number does'nt workI don’t have an acc number ? I have sent everything to hrlp@no diet the amount the reference on my credit card and e mail x I feel now this is all too much to deal withI have e mailed like you advised, the reply is repetitive, telling me to download the app, which I have never had , and also have cancelled the subscription, it’s impossible to get the right kind of help or advice .All I can say is thank goodness my credit card has blocked this subscription!! The amount of stress and phone calls has been unbelievable x I think you need to have more empathy x
