I signed up for no.Diet,back in March of this year.Then,after receiving little or no communication from them,I cancelled the subscription that I was led to believe I had signed up for!!I received an email confirming that my no.Diet plan was cancelled on June 7th.Today,I had '£178.96' taken from my bank account,for something called MINDWAY.I'd never read,heard of,or agreed to sign up for this but according to no Diet,I did.I have never received any communication,emails,or service, related to anything called Mindway,so if i subscribed to it,what was I paying for.If Mindway,was all part of the original no.Diet agreement,then surely,when I asked for my subscription to be cancelled as part of the terms,conditions and agreement, that should have been cancelled too?!Ive requested an immediate refund. Im a 65 years old,and the amount of money they have taken from my account makes up nearly all of my food money allowance for this month.Please,if anyone else has fallen foul of this,I would like to know,as Im taking this up with Trading Standards.Please avoid this company,their ethics are deplorable!!😡
