I've just started using no.diet, but so far its been fantastic! I love my coach! It's been only about 36 hours, but we have made a plan just for me. He has helped me all day long to stay on point with food, energy levels, short stretches, and light exercise. I was exploring the no.diet website, and there are so many things that piqued my interest. The meditations and how to work through emotional blocks. I am super impressed with no.diet, and I am so glad I'm a part of something awesome.
