I wrote a review a week ago and I did get a response asking me to contact their help desk. Absolutely no response from the help desk. This really is a scam, I have read so many reviews saying that the person had signed up to a Month and then been caught out by a second payment as they have never seen the terms and conditions. If they are getting another £31.98 for absolutely nothing many times over. Shocking!I have had a response to this review, the fact of the matter is that I have been co-responding with a Nora from this company and as soon as I started asking who the CEO and their registered office was I got blanked so I really don't think going back with my email address and order number would help in the slightest, I would be blanked again. I will do it it just to see so watch this space! If I get my money back I will let you know.
