Edited to say they responed to this review telling me to reach out. I did contact them before I posted a review and all they had to say was sorry. I requested a refund and they did not respond. I was not able to sign into my account and could only access my pksn tbrough the email. My log in information that I used to pay my trial subscription would not work on the app. I tried repeatedly to cancel my trial membership but it kept telling me I did not have am account even when I would reset my password. The only way I was able to stop ny subscription was when they auto renewed my trial and I got a fraud alert. I used that link to request they delete my account. It still was claiming that they vould not find an account for me but I got an email with a cancelation. The email responses were like auto replies so I felt my my complaint was not really heard.
