I can't express enough positive things about this bootcamp. As someone passionate about fitness but having struggled in recent years, it was crucial for me to find the right environment to help me get back on track. After a disappointing experience at another retreat, I was recommended this bootcamp by several people who had great results. From the moment I arrived, I was thrilled to find what I had been searching for: beautiful accommodations surrounded by nature, just a short walk from the beach. The trainers were exceptional, bringing military backgrounds that provided additional depth of knowledge and the ability to push us to our limits. The workouts were always varied and engaging, and even after three weeks, I never repeated a workout. The staff was friendly and responsive to any concerns raised. One of my challenges was emotional eating, and being there for three weeks allowed me to experience how my body responds to healthy meals while learning important nutritional concepts. I was never hungry and always satisfied with the fantastic food. Overall, this experience has been life-changing, helping me make better choices and realize my strength.
