First this company advertised to have plumbers in the Amersham area but are based in Bournemouth...Four times they have said they are coming to fix a problem and four times they have phoned to say they will have to cancel..... Four times....we are not unreasonable and understand there are sometime difficulties ....makes me wonder if you actually do have any plumbers in the area (after your reply) if there were scheduled holidays why keep booking dates two days later to cancel again......
