Initially, this company claimed to have plumbers available in Amersham, yet they operate out of Bournemouth. On four occasions, they promised to address an issue, only to call and cancel each time. We recognize that challenges can arise, but it raises questions about whether they truly have local plumbers. If planned vacations were the issue, it seems counterproductive to continually reschedule just to cancel two days later.
