I placed an order but there was no option to enter the code I received via email. Within five minutes of placing the order, I reached out through live chat and spoke to a representative who was not helpful at all. I was informed that I couldn't cancel the order as it was already being dispatched, and she couldn't add the free items I was supposed to receive or process a new order. She seemed irritated by my inquiries, which was unprofessional. When I asked if there was any way she could assist, she simply said no and ended the chat. Due to this poor service, I cannot recommend this platform and will not be ordering again. I run a beauty group on social media with 12,000 members and I will inform them about the inadequate customer service.
