I purchased a moisturizer that applies unevenly and feels sticky, resulting in a poor appearance. It was quite expensive and feels like a waste of money since I can't use it. I'm very dissatisfied with this product and expected a refund or exchange, but received no customer support whatsoever. I won't be purchasing from this seller again!
I placed an order but there was no option to enter the code I received via email. Within five minutes of placing the order, I reached out through live chat and spoke to a representative who was not helpful at all. I was informed that I couldn't cancel the order as it was already being dispatched, and she couldn't add the free items I was supposed to receive or process a new order. She seemed irritated by my inquiries, which was unprofessional. When I asked if there was any way she could assist, she simply said no and ended the chat. Due to this poor service, I cannot recommend this platform and will not be ordering again. I run a beauty group on social media with 12,000 members and I will inform them about the inadequate customer service.
As a long-time customer, I am now searching for another brand due to one of the worst experiences with this website and its poor customer service. I was tempted to spend more due to a promised free gift, but when I didn't receive it, I was told by customer service that it was out of stock, even though the offer is still advertised. This is truly misleading and unacceptable.

All items arrived together, well packaged, and were exactly as ordered, including the free gift. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience and will choose this site over others in the future.
This site appears to be a fraud. I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife and have only received emails about delivery times with nothing arriving. The last email stated it would arrive on Sunday, but nothing came. I won't use this service again, especially since I now have to repurchase the items and try to get a refund.
