Horrendous experience with No.7. Just avoid and go with Boots. Ordered 9 products over £100 in value. Next day express delivery included. 8 days later, nothing. Finally one tiny battered box arrived with one of the products. Customer services were dismissive and suspicious. Finally after overwhelming them with evidence of my complaints in the lead up they refunded the missing items. The product that had been sent was already partly open. Just avoid.
