I have regular subscriptions from No7 and had a problem with one of them.I tried to cancel my subscription and couldn’t due to a technical problem. Tracey at No7 replied to my message stating that she had cancelled my subscription. This was done promptly and I was impressed with the service. Thank you Tracey.
