I had the most frustrating online shopping experience possible! The service feels like a total scam. I ordered a coat, and it took three weeks to arrive. When it finally got here, I was shocked to find it looked nothing like the advertised photo. The quality is so poor that it's not worth the price! A significant letdown!

This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever encountered! This company is a complete scam. I ordered a coat, which took three weeks to arrive. When it finally did, I was horrified to see it bore no resemblance to the one advertised on their social media. The quality is so poor that it's not worth the price! A huge disappointment!

If I could give them no stars, I certainly would. A coat was ordered for my birthday, but the lines in the fabric were misaligned. I wish I could share a picture. My sister requested a free shipping label, but they refused. The return shipping cost was equal to the price of the coat. They only offered a 25% refund. Be cautious! Avoid ordering from this company!

I placed an order and made a payment. I received three welcome emails right away, but since then - no delivery and no responses to my multiple emails. The phone numbers are nonexistent. Please avoid even looking at the offers on this site. A valuable lesson for the future. My money will only benefit their pockets.

Overpriced worthless items and poor customer service

The titles for sale on this site are nonexistent. They are based on names from families that have been extinct for ages. Anyone can use these so-called titles freely, and a simple search on any AI platform could yield a better coat of arms than what's offered here. The documents are in German, which is odd for nobility titles from other languages. Overall, a very amateurish 'business' trying to profit from nothing.
