After 8 weeks of wait I received my car from repair company call alton cars they messed up they claimed that they are professional repairers but they messed up paint work and couldn’t line up bumper and bonnet headlight is steamed up I called noble claim many times no response and no help with this matter I realised when people leaving bad reviews the noble claims says here we can’t find any details of being our customer to tell other customers that this person is leaving fake reviews but its not the case..I got all paperwork and proof of being noble claims customer.Noble claims customer service is very poor and staff is extremely unprofessional and rude in case of any problems they are willing to help very disappointed.I asked customer service team to through me to manager but they said we can’t but I don’t know why am still waiting to get help with my problem but it’s been over week now but no contact from noble claims.Horrible customer service..
