Worst claim company ever. They do not respond to emails, and my car has not been fixed properly. I am very disappointed with the service they provided. I expected a much better level of professionalism and communication.

I have horrible experience with Noble Claims Service. They unless. I did provide them with clear footage from my accident yet they failed to verify with third parties liabilities saying name i provide isn't matching. Well presumably drivers causing accident did fail to identify himself honestly!They forcing me to either cancel my clime or face possible liabilities for my claim ( again having clear HD video all with car registration as well clear driver image , as he steps out of vehicle).I did ask for cash settlement. Again problem and whaaping 500£ additional exces charge???When I was buying insurance nobody mentioned that?Sadly saying, James P. as he's handler isn't customer friendly person, driven purley by greed (referral fees he would earn). .Horrible!Horrible!I will avoid if I would knew what problems I will face. Avoid if you still can

I’m writing a complain regarding accident happened on 02/11/2025 at 17:40 my vehicle was parked on the side of the road on parking bay in East Acton Lane and the Bus Registration Number LK15 CXS passed very close from my vehicle and damaged my vehicle while I was trying to get in to my vehicle to move on,It was a non fault accident and I had to report the incident to my insurance company and I called next day to my insurance ( HEADWAY ) and explain what happened. after contacting my insurance company I got a call from Noble claim and offered me that will handle the case, given hire vehicle and told me that I can fix my car anywhere I want and told me we will dealing with third party insurance they didn’t explain properly for me that they are going through to my own insurance. After a few days I find out that they did mind play.I’m having the poorest experience with this case that Noble is holding, at the beginning they said me that I can repair my car anywhere I like with but they Forced me a few time to go to the garage they choosed when I saw the reviews from that garage and in the passed my friends used them they weren’t happy from the job so I ignored to take my car to that garage. Then they keep delaying for repair authorization to other garages I got the estimate. The Estimate from the garage that Noble is asked me to repair my car is nearly £8000 but the other 2 local garages who I took the estimate repair is lower then the Noble estimate garage, the first garage one was £6500 that has been rejected from Noble then I had to take my car to other garage and the second estimate is £5000 and the Noble claim team is not willing to authorize the repair for this garage. The hire company took the hire car today from me and my car is not been repaired yet and I’m a PCO driver I cannot work anymore now that’s only way to earns money and feeds my kids and family. Not happy at all.
