Terrible service. After purchasing 3 pieces of luggage for myself for Christmas I decided to return one of them due to space concerns. I obtained an RMA from Nobl, and was informed I had to pay return shipping, which was not ideal due to the size of the package but I accepted. I returned the luggage in the originally packaging unused and blemish free. Return was delivered on 2/2. Exactly 3 weeks later and the refund has yet to be issued. Customer service says they are still "inspecting my return". At this point I'm going to file a claim with my credit card company. This type of service is simply uncceeptable in 2026 when so many other vendors go above and beyond for your business.
